Return / Exchange Policy


You can request a return within the first 30 days of receiving the product, please keep all original packaging in case you need to return it. Product must not be damaged and must be returned to the nearest return location in your country with all accessories and original packaging for a full refund.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
•Any item not in original condition is damaged or missing parts due to no fault of us.
•Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you reject the order, it will fall under our standard return policy and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We make every effort to reply to all return requests on the same business day. Please note - if an item is returned without authorization, or contrary to the instructions provided, it may be refused or charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.


Prior to contacting the returns department, please follow all inspection instructions provided to you by customer service.

1. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading or your claim may be denied.

2. Any hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.


Due to manufacturer restrictions, some interactive displays are non-cancelable/non-returnable. Please consult the product page and/or your product specialist for details.
